Payment
Payment is securely handled by Paypal, but you do not need to have a Paypal account. Take a look at the options when you check out - you can pay with a credit card securely there if you prefer.
Shipping Address
We automatically send to the address PaPpal sends us as the shipping address. If you would like to send something as a gift (or worldwide customers, to a US address), please add the address to your paypal account profile when you check out and choose that as your shipping address. We will not ship to an address mentioned in the "notes to seller" or by email request after the order has been placed.
Shipping Orders - Running Times
Currently we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days - please check out the next international shipping days clearly marked on the front page as well as on top of your chart-page.
If you need immediate service please contact us for a quote on priority shipping prices!
Standard running times after shipping dates (please note that there can be delays due to unforeseen reasons):
- Europe (EU-members): 3-8 days
- Europe (Non-EU-members): 6-10 days
- USA: usually about 8-10 days (sometimes the US Transport Security Administration takes a closer look - then it can take up to 14 days, sorry)
- Australia: 8-12 days (sometimes delays due to customs)
- all other countries: about 12 days
All orders are shipped from Vienna, Austria (Europe).
Returns: Refunds
We pack each item carefully before shipping. If an item is nevertheless damaged in transit please contact us as soon as you receive the item and notice the damage. We will replace or refund the product price at the time you ordered once the product is back in our hands or if we get proof of the damage (send a picture, please). Please do not send the item(s) back until you have contacted us first.
Exchanges
If an item is in original condition and you received the item as ordered, but you've simply changed your mind, we may still accept the return if it is something we can resell. Please ask questions and make sure it is what you want before you buy!
Wholesale
Wholesale orders are welcome! If you own a store or know someone who does, get in touch. You must own a retail store or professional online web store (not Etsy, Ebay, or similar venue). Drop us a line and we'll send you all the necessary information.
